Breakfast

Our task was to persuade other kids to come to our breakfast club because some of the kids starve themselves or say they don't want breakfast.what i learnt was that breakfast was the most important meal of the day.It was challenging because we had to use this talking thing.But i over came and never gave up and still carryed on.

Hi my name Nika and i am from Wesley primary And I think you should have breakfast because it helps your learning.It has carbohydrates and fiber.

If you don’t you won’t be  able to concentrate on school time and you will be more hungry and you will be angry and you won’t have better memory from yesterday you will only be able remember a little bit.

If you have breakfast you will have a better memory and concentrate more on your work and it only  takes 10 minutes  to cook you breakfast or you could grab  and  go  like an up and go or you could make a snack the night before from Your leftovers. But make sure you always have the special meal of the day because if you don’t you won't be able to focus on your school work.

Lions

I have chosen this poster because i love lions i found challenging was making rhymes what i really enjoyed was creating this masterpiece.

Lions can live up to 15-18 years

as young as a teenager

roar,roar,roar

but lions might eat a peacemaker.

Lions aren’t feisty but sometimes

can be vicious don’t be afraid just

go and say hey.

But make sure stay away and

be safe.That’s me hey.

My word i chose

I have chosen this post because i learn more words.We had to draw a word from our list and we had to decorate it.I enjoyed decorating it and coloring it.I found hard was finding out what it means.I competed the challenge by getting help from people.

Tongan language week

Why i chose it because it was Tongan language week and our job was to make a slide or doc or drawings
but i chose to do it on slides.I enjoyed creating this and making it and learning new things.I found challenging was saying the words and trying to figure out what it means.

Sanitarium: Eat your words!

Today Room 3 cooked in the hall with the sanitarium, but I wasn’t here this morning because I didn’t get a permission form and I had a boring morning, sharpening pencils.

It looked fun because my friends where telling me how they cooked  it.

This is a example of my sanitarium work it was really awesome doing this, but it was hard to miss out on the experience. Next time I want to make sure that I bring my permission slip in and set myself reminders to get the slip if I've been absent. It can be really hard missing out on the fun!

What is a Cloud Poem

What is a cloud           31/07/2015

The cloud is a candyfloss that taste like candy.

It is floating in the sky with God saying hi and goodbye.

The cloud is everywhere in the world but not space.

It is a soft swishing feeling like a marshmallow saying hey.

The cloud is white as a bucket of the sky and people are happy.

This is an example of my learning that shows me using metaphors and similes, we had to write a poem in class that showed our use of figurative language. I enjoyed making the lines rhyme and I like the part about God. Please comment and leave me feedback. Thank You!
